Rotary Club of Dougherty Valley / San Ramon California "Service Above Self" Home Calendar Club Events Service Projects Fundraisers DVSR Foundation Our Club About Rotary The Dougherty Valley/San Ramon Rotary is an organization of local business, professional and community leaders who enjoy serving their community and beyond. We meet weekly for friendship and fellowship and to hear about a variety of topics from guest speakers. We do good work right here in San Ramon, across Contra Costa County, and around the world. For example, we partner with the San Ramon Valley Unified School District to bring Thanksgiving baskets to local families who need some support. Another annual project, Pick-up with a Purpose, is to collect the unclaimed lost and found items at school sites, sort them and give them to area charities who can re-purpose them. We also support the Food Bank of Contra Costa & Solano Counties and the RotaCare Clinic in Pittsburg, which helps people get medical care in Contra Costa County. Internationally, Rotary’s Polio Plus project has immunized over two billion children around the world. If you live or do business in or near San Ramon, we invite you to be a guest at one of our meetings. You’ll find us every Wednesday, from 5:15-6:40pm, usually at the Amador Rancho Community Center — 1998 Rancho Park Loop in San Ramon, Russell Room AND also via Zoom. Be sure to check the calendar because some meetings are held at other locations if they involve a service project or a field trip.” Note: We love to have visitors and prospective members join us.
